Panels are an in house manufactured product used instead of traditional blockwork.
They are constructed within the factory using a structural timber frame with nailed joints and are then cladded.
Benefits include:
- Help improve safety onsite, as they require less time working at height.
- Factory fitted slings for handling during off load
- Reduced scaffold cost
We supply two types of Panels:
Gable Panels
Gable wall panels provide an alternative to the inner leaf of an exterior masonry wall at the gable end of a building. The panels are designed to comply with structural, thermal and fire resistance performance standards and regulations. Unlike part wall panels they do not separate habitable spaces, defined acoustic requirements are not applicable
Party Wall Panels
Party wall panels are typically part of a party wall, which is a wall shared by two or more properties. These panels are designed to resist the spread of fire, acting as fire walls and also incorporate insulation to minimise noise transfer between properties.
